Terms of purchase

The service is provided under the NaturalLift Academy brand. Contact: academy@naturalliftbynes.se. Full legal entity details (registered name, organisation number and address) are published here once available via site configuration.

Under the NaturalLift Academy brand, digital trainings (courses) and, where offered, digital aftercare products or similar digital materials are sold.

Products are delivered digitally via your Academy account. What is included in each product is stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

No physical shipping takes place. The course and other digital content are delivered digitally via the customer’s Academy account.

After successful payment, access is activated in the account. You need to be signed in to use the content.

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) on each product page.

When purchase features are enabled, payment is processed via OnPay (Simply).

Access is activated when payment is completed and the order is recorded as paid in the system.

Course access applies according to the access period stated on the product page and in connection with the purchase.

If a time limit applies, it must be clearly stated before purchase. If no time limit is stated, access continues until it is revoked or the account is closed under these terms and applicable law.

Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own learning and professional development.

Copying, sharing, selling, publishing or otherwise distributing course materials, videos, texts, quizzes, certificate templates or other parts of the service to third parties without written permission is prohibited.

Accounts must not be shared. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials.

Certificates are issued only when the training and any examination requirements are passed according to the rules stated in the course. Some trainings (for example Lash Lift and Brow Lamination) require a practical step with before/after photos and review before the final exam opens. Korean Lash Lift does not. Older students may follow different rules depending on when access was granted.

Buying a course does not automatically entitle you to a certificate without meeting those requirements. No model identity is collected in connection with the practical step.

To use the Academy you need a modern browser, a stable internet connection and a device that can play video and display PDFs where included.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

If digital delivery or activation fails despite correct payment, contact us promptly at academy@naturalliftbynes.se with order/account details so we can investigate.

We will remedy delivery or activation faults as soon as reasonably practicable.

Because the content is digital and activated in your account, refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and what is stated at purchase.

If you are entitled to a refund under law, or if activation cannot be completed despite valid payment, refunds are made via the same payment method where practicable.

NaturalLift Academy sells digital trainings as digital content delivered via your account (not on a physical medium). The main rule for distance contracts is a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may end when delivery begins if you have expressly requested immediate access, acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is then lost, and received confirmation of the contract.

In our checkout you must therefore, before payment, actively tick two boxes (which are not pre-ticked): (1) a request for immediate access after successful payment, and (2) an acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when that access begins.

After successful payment, course access is activated in your account and an order confirmation is sent to your email documenting the confirmations you gave at checkout. A link to these terms alone does not replace that information.

When you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can submit a withdrawal request via the “Cancel the contract” page under My account. You will receive an acknowledgement by email. A request does not trigger an automatic refund or automatic revocation of access — we review the case. If the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, contact academy@naturalliftbynes.se about refunds or complaints.

All Academy content – including texts, images, video, graphics, trademarks and course structure – belongs to the operator of the service under the NaturalLift Academy brand, or to licensors.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of the content, only the limited usage right described in these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of NaturalLift Academy is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, for example in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Training content is intended as professional education within beauty treatments. You are responsible for complying with applicable rules, hygiene requirements and professional standards in your practice.

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Disputes should first be addressed by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be brought before a Swedish court under applicable rules, or – for consumers – under the forum rules that follow from mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updated terms are published on this page.
